Senior HR Advisor / BP, £35-40k

Leading activities for a specific site, duties will include;
* Providing day to day HR advice, guidance and support to site staff (90+)
* Liaising and supporting line management & supervisors
* Overseeing recruitment activities for the site
* On-boarding, HR orientations & probations reviews
* Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
* HR reporting as required for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
What we are looking for…
* CIPD or working towards, ideally with an HR related degree
* HR experience, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Confident IT skills
