Social Media & Client Relations Executive

We’re looking for a creative, confident, and organised individual to join our growing team as a Social Media & Client Relations Executive. This dynamic, customer-facing role combines social media management, content creation, customer service, and operational support — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
As part of Heaven Skincare and the Heaven Training Academy, you’ll play a key role in engaging with our community, managing social media platforms, assisting with Social media support, and providing exceptional customer care across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Management: Assist in managing our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), scheduling posts, responding to direct messages, and monitoring engagement to foster community growth
* Campaign Support: Help plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns (product launches, promotions, etc.), driving brand awareness and audience engagement
* Community Engagement: Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages, providing excellent customer care and building relationships with followers
* Customer Care: Handle daily customer enquiries (B2C & B2B) via phone, email, and social media, ensuring a seamless experience and addressing any queries related to products, orders, or subscriptions
* Logistics & Coordination: Assist in organising training logistics for Heaven Training Academy, coordinate bookings, and manage related administrative tasks
* Office Coordination: Oversee front-of-house duties, providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and clients, and ensure smooth-running office protocols
* Order Management: Process customer orders, manage associated logistics, and support our collagen subscription team
