Job Description
* Drive end-to-end product launch planning and execution across all channels (ATL/BTL), ensuring alignment with brand identity and commercial objectives.
* Develop and manage product assortment strategies and lifecycle plans, including forecasting for new launches, managing discontinuations, and optimizing the portfolio.
* Evaluate product performance, consumer insights, and market dynamics to generate strategic recommendations and growth initiatives.
* Ensure pricing accuracy across systems and coordinate product master data setup with cross-functional teams.
* Build comprehensive product expertise across all brand categories.
* Collaborate with creative, digital, and PR teams to deliver cohesive brand narratives and impactful campaigns.
* Support the creation of localized marketing assets and retail toolkits in accordance with global brand standards.
* Partner with sales, education, logistics, demand planning, digital, and finance teams to ensure flawless execution of product strategies.
* Coordinate with regional and global brand teams to align on product roadmaps, launch timelines, and strategic direction.
* Oversee product marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
* Manage sample and GWP usage; collaborate with demand planning to forecast and maintain inventory levels.
* Monitor key product metrics and provide regular performance reviews and post-launch analyses.
* Deliver clear, data-driven presentations and strategic proposals to internal stakeholders and leadership.
The Successful Applicant
* 6+ years of experience in product or brand management, preferably within the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a knack for translating data into actionable plans.
* Exceptional project management and communication skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
* Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics platforms.
* Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and a passion for brand building.
* Able to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
