We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our friendly team at Co-op. Working Pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings from 5am (store opening), afternoons, evenings until 6pm (store closing), and weekends. Requirements: Must be aged 18 or over, as the role involves working before 6am or after 10pm.
What You'll Do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, working in the bakery, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems and support customers and members.
3. Maintain store safety and legality by stocking shelves, checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Engage with the local community through activities and events.
