Overview
A client of ours in the Billericay area is recruiting a Compliance Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm with a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Reporting into the Compliance Manager,
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update internal documentation, manuals, and procedures
* Assist with internal audits and follow-up on actions where needed
* Support updates to policies and procedures in line with company requirements
* Keep records up to date to meet internal and external expectations
* Analyse data to support process improvements and ensure compliance
* Provide admin support for investigations and department-related tasks
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a compliance, admin, or quality role is desirable
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and proactive attitude
