Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
The task list below is not exhaustive and some of the tasks below will be shared with others. For all work, you will adhere to Brand Guidelines and ensure any output supports the Brand fully. You will be responsible for our content calendar which will support your planning and execution of all marketing.
As we are a small team, you will be given a lot of support by colleagues and then quickly be required to have a high level of responsibility for pampeano's marketing output. You will also provide regular marketing reports and insights back to those senior within the team.
Emails
· Drafting and scheduling weekly campaign emails including layout and copy
· Maintaining flow emails to ensure all up to date with the latest imagery, copy and are seasonally appropriate
· Analysing results
· Liaise with ecomm team to create landing pages/merchandising for emails
Socials
· Creating and scheduling weekly content for Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest and YouTube including copy and hashtags, supported by external content creators that we work with, whom you will manage
· Occasionally creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn for B2B updates
· Responding to all DMs on all platforms
· Managing comments, tagged posts, and community engagement across all channels
· Producing regular performance reports on reach, engagement, growth and conversions
· Managing escalation of negative comments or brand risks
· Collating UGC, asking permission of customers to store UGC in our database and later use
Paid Ads
· Occasionally help film and edit creatives for paid ads
Website
· Continue the ongoing work of tidying up our digital collateral to ensure all copy is fully on brand, such as working with our Brand Executive to ensure product descriptions are aligned on our website
· Support CRO and UX improvements to optimise sales performance
Blogs
· Writing approximately one blog per week
· Ensuring blogs are fully SEO optimised with keyword research, meta data and internal linking
Marketing Materials
· Designing physical collateral (in conjunction with our freelance Designer), including gift cards, lookbooks etc via Photoshop or Canva
Influencers and Partnerships
· Reaching out to influencers weekly and maintaining relationships with existing influencers and partners
· Attending any partnership events and networking with potential businesses pampeano could collaborate with
· Managing external agencies or freelancers as needed (e.g. PR, paid ads, creative)
Awards
· Applying for relevant awards for the Brand, including all copy and according to deadlines
Photoshoot
· Supporting with all seasonal photoshoots including booking models, location, photographers and travel
· Styling products so they are prepped for the shoot and styling on set on the day
· Retouch notes for photographers post production and ensure imagery is ready to use by all teams in the business
· Provide and plan detailed styling document of outfits and products for shoot days
Compliance
· Ensuring GDPR compliance, email opt-ins, and correct wording for competitions or promotions
About the candidate:
Within a short period of time, you will be responsible for how the Brand is marketed to our customers. You will need to be able to do this with confidence, accuracy, and with a clear understanding of the Brand and its messages. Organised and capable of multi-tasking, you will have the confidence to work independently and also as a dependable member of our team. You will be happy working with numbers to help shape future decisions around content, have a logical and creative mind, and think strategically about our Brand.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
* Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation software.
* Strong skills in copywriting, graphic design, content creation, social media management, and B2B marketing.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
