The Role
An established and purpose-driven organisation is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of IT and technology projects across the business.
Based in Staines-upon-Thames, this role offers an excellent location with easy access to London while providing a more relaxed, commuter-friendly environment. Working closely with IT Project Managers and key stakeholders, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate project activities to support successful and timely delivery
* Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
* Maintain project documentation, plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
* Track progress against milestones, identifying risks, issues and dependencies and supporting mitigation actions
* Support governance, change control and approval processes in line with project methodology
* Coordinate stakeholder communications and provide regular updates
* Assist with resource coordination, financial tracking and procurement activities
* Prepare business cases, impact assessments and cost-benefit analyses
* Support post-project reviews and document lessons learned
* Create test scripts and support system and user acceptance testing
* Assist with issue resolution and problem solving throughout the project lifecycle
* Develop training materials and support users during implementation and post go-live
* Support system integrations, including understanding data flows and business processes
* Assist in documenting business requirements, including process and data flow mapping
About You
* Experience supporting IT or technology projects in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or Waterfall
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
* Experience working with project documentation, timelines, budgets and resource tracking
* Exposure to testing, systems integration or business analysis would be advantageous
* Proactive, adaptable and detail-oriented approach
