Asset Manager - Living Sector £50k - £80k bonus (candidate-dependent) Residential Asset Classes 3-6 years experience Must have Investor-facing experience We are working with an award winning and extremely well backed residential developer who are looking for an Asset Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will: Have a relevant degree - Finance, Economics, Maths or Real Estate Have 3-6 years' experience in Real Estate in an Investment or Asset Management role that requires strong technical and analytical skills. Be a polished, confident professional with strong investor-facing skills to manage and present to a demanding investor base (US PE to EU institutions). MUST be able to demonstrate past experience engaging with investors and understands the expectations of different investor types (e.g., institutional vs. local authority housing) Responsibilities : Support the day-to-day asset management of operational and development portfolios, analysing financial and operational performance vs business plan Prepare internal and external reports, present project performance findings to investors Develop collaborative and trusting relationships with key stakeholders Handle core asset management duties with a focus on relationship management and pitching to current and potential investors.
