Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Coordinator to manage and maintain digital content across our customer-facing platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our kiosk menus, digital menu boards, and point-of-sale (POS) systems are consistently up-to-date, visually engaging, and aligned with current promotions and product offerings.
Content Management:
· Update and maintain digital menus across kiosks and menu boards.
· Ensure POS content reflects current pricing, promotions, and product availability.
· Coordinate timely rollouts of seasonal or campaign-specific content.
Quality Assurance:
· Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
· Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues in collaboration with IT and operations teams.
· Provide additional support to our clients when needed.
Collaboration & Communication:
· Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to gather content requirements.
· Liaise with external vendors or digital signage providers as needed.
· Provide regular updates to clients and attend client meetings when required.
Scheduling & Planning:
· Maintain a content calendar for digital updates and promotional rollouts.
· Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across all platforms.
· Prioritise tasks based on urgency and business impact, managing client requests within timelines and deadlines.
Skills required:
· Exposure to digital marketing but not essential
· Attention to detail.

Acrelec UK supports a hybrid working pattern. Once trained and as a minimum, you will be required to be in the office at least 3 days a week. There might be requirements for additional office days depending on the needs of the business.
