What you’ll be doing: Providing consistent, positive support in and out of the classroom Using de-escalation strategies and a calm approach to help manage behaviour Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider staff team Building trust and routine so the child can thrive in school life What we’re looking for: Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour or SEND A patient, resilient nature (with a good sense of humour helps too!)
