Paid Media Lead - 12-Week Contract
Hybrid (Oxford, 2 days on-site) | £20.77 per hour | Full-time
We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Lead to drive digital advertising performance across a diverse portfolio of programmes. This role will support the development, execution and optimisation of multi-channel paid media strategies, working closely with performance, content, analytics and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid media plans across search, social, display and programmatic
- Manage budgets, monitor ROI and provide insights for optimisation and reallocation
-Oversee campaign setup, targeting, testing and ongoing performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance media effectiveness
- Produce clear reporting with data-driven recommendations
- Identify new opportunities, platforms and tactics to drive growth
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with knowledge of GA, paid media optimisation tools and KPIs
- Confidence managing budgets and delivering ROI-focused improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with digital, creative and data teams
- Clear communicator able to present insights to stakeholders
