Regulations and Compliance Officer
Salary: £38,700
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: fixed term (2 year contract)
Location: Swansea – Hybrid
A valid driving licence is required for this role.
Caredig are looking for a Regulations and Compliance Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing legal, regulatory and compliance matters that directly support homes, communities and people.
As a Regulations and Compliance Officer, you’ll work across housing law, governance and corporate compliance, ensuring Caredig meet their legal obligations while delivering fair, people-centred outcomes. You'll work closely with colleagues, tenants and external partners, to help ensure effective case management of low-level housing and property related legal matters.
