We now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Events Co‑ordinator to join our Events Department.

In this role, you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject energy while completing a variety of duties. The main responsibilities include:

* Take a proactive sales approach and, in line with strategy, adapt sales solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
* Deal with all M&E calls, face‑to‑face meetings and email enquiries efficiently and professionally.
* Act as a main point of contact for all prospective clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
* Accurately identify customer needs and produce well‑presented, customised M&E proposals in line with brand policies and standards of presentation.
* Identify any sales leads and forward them to the Sales Team.
* Assist in the training and development of new team members.
* Ensure all enquiries are recorded accurately, understand and demonstrate data input rules, and ensure client file updates are respected.
* Maintain current and past client records and communicate any changes as necessary.
* Develop relationships with local clients, direct bookers and agency workers to ensure appropriate follow‑up with the Sales Team to maximise use of facilities.
* Conduct show‑rounds to guests and potential new clients, addressing client needs to aid a booking.
* Ensure bookings meet guest requests and, when possible, exceed expectations while staying within budget and agreed costs.
* Assist in the management of business bookings.
