As a Digital Marketing Executive at Horizon, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing output. What does the role involve? A hands-on role that requires you to: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing. Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies. Monitor and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct keyword research and optimise website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring optimal ROI. Develop and maintain the company's social media presence, including content creation, community management, and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams, such as the creative team, product managers, and sales teams, to align marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging across channels. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments to ensure the company's competitiveness in the market. Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities, tools, and technologies that can enhance the company's marketing efforts. Work closely with external agencies and vendors, such as graphic designers, web developers, and copywriters, to execute digital marketing projects. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, through effective communication and engagement. Your Experience 1 year of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices 1 year of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics Your Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or relevant field.
