Control Room Operator (Permanent) Key Responsibilities: Property Security Monitoring: Always ensure the security of the estate by monitoring CCTV surveillance and responding appropriately to any breaches. Incident Reporting: Accurately document and report all incidents using the established procedures and maintain proper decorum. Access Control: Manage the issuance of security keys and passes to staff and visitors as required. Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all company policies, including Health and Safety regulations as mandated by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. Standard Operating Procedures: Follow the standard operating procedures for all tasks and responsibilities. Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanour while performing all duties, with a focus on confidentiality. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to deliver an efficient and effective service to the client. Operational Support: Provide coverage for colleagues during absences and perform any additional duties as requested by the management. Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position. Knowledge and Skills: Experience in a security capacity, i.e. control room, CCTV. Experience in the provision of security surveillance using CCTV. Highly computer literate (Microsoft Office). Have a SIA CCTV licence
