* Mentoring or supporting less experienced teachers where appropriate

Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
* Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Have strong experience teaching in upper Key Stage 2
* Demonstrate leadership potential or previous leadership experience
* Have strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
* Be organised, proactive, and confident supporting colleagues
* Have a commitment to raising pupil achievement and supporting staff development
