In this Lifeguard role you will work in a fun, lively environment with likeminded people and help inspire others to work together and deliver their best.
Responsibilities
* You will supervise customers and other lifeguards using our swimming and pool facilities.
* You will act safely and be responsible for the Health and Safety of all pool users and oversee the operations of the building.
* You will have excellent attention to detail to ensure customer safety while using our facilities.
* You will deliver first-class customer service in a friendly and professional manner and strive to meet high standards.
* You will help maintain high cleanliness standards and act to ensure cleanliness when required.
Qualifications
* A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
Training and progression
* Continuous learning and development opportunities, including first aid at work training, swimming teacher qualifications, and various apprenticeship routes.
* Ongoing training and competency assessments as a Lifeguard.
