About the role
Location: Hinckley Point C, Site based.
As a Project Account Manager at Hilti, you’ll work at the heart of supporting one of the largest and most complex construction projects in Northern Europe, where no two days are the same. As a Nuclear Project Account Manager, you’ll be embedded on site, acting as a technical partner for contractors, engineers, and project leadership teams.
This role would be an ideal opportunity to apply your Engineering technical capability whilst developing commercial abilities in a hands on project environment that will provide you with the tools to unlock and maximise your potential, with challenges that engage, stretch and develop your expertise.
What You'll do
1. Act as a trusted partner on nuclear project sites, working closely with site teams, designers and project management teams to understand complex challenges and propose practical, engineered solutions.
2. Strengthen long-term relationships with Owners, EPCs, designers, nuclear contractors and key influencers.
3. Identify opportunities across the full range of nuclear project contractors — from EPCs and tiered suppliers to specialist installation partners — using your insight to accelerate growth.
4. Develop and manage a forward-looking pipeline across multiple nuclear work packages, understanding project phases, milestones and where Hilti can add strategic value.
What You’ll Bring
5. Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering (essential).
6. Ability to interpret technical drawings, design specifications and construction methodologies.
7. Strong problem solving capability and the confidence to advise engineers and contractors on site.
8. Excellent relationship building skills across engineering, procurement, project management and site teams.
9. Curiosity, adaptability and the willingness to learn Hilti products, systems and technical services.
10. Must be able to obtain nuclear site security clearance – Essential
11. Must be able to complete all mandatory site safety inductions, CITB training modules and safety passport requirements.
