Peterborough is currently seeking an experienced Team Manager for their Children in Care & Leaving Care Services on a competitive rate of £45 per hour.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within Corporate Parenting, working with adolescents with complex needs and making a real impact on outcomes.
Role Details:
* Role: Team Manager - Children in Care & Leaving Care
* Location: Sand Martin House, Peterborough
* Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in the office - flexibility depending on workload)
* Rate: £45 per hour
About the Role:
* Provide specialist leadership within Corporate Parenting Services
* Lead practice supporting adolescents with complex emotional needs, trauma, exploitation risks, and high-risk behaviours
* Drive trauma-informed and relationship-based practice
* Oversee multi-agency care planning and support practitioners to deliver evidence-based interventions
* Ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities within safeguarding and corporate parenting
* Promote a culture of reflective practice, collaboration, and high standards

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
