Job Description: This position will play a critical role as a primary point of contact for customers to provide the best possible experience in order taking, processing and returns, responding to customers’ complaints and questions in partnership with multiple function teams. What you need to know: Experience/Skills/Education: * Answer calls from customers assisting them with pricing, ordering, marketing questions, technical support, and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
