About the role
Progress your career within a vibrant and progressive consultancy. We are looking for a Senior Planner to be based in Reading, Southampton or Cambridge working across varied projects, including major residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. We have an outstanding reputation for providing the highest standards of service to high profile clients, including major land owners, respected property developers, multi-sector housebuilders and commercial and industrial developers. We are passionate about the places we help to shape.
As a Senior Planner you will:
* Undertake a supporting role within major and complex projects or lead role on smaller projects in conjunction with others;
* Develop your networks and approach to work winning;
* Actively support the leadership team and make an effective contribution to the business unit;
* Be supported to develop and grow professionally;
* Be part of a dynamic, supportive and well established Planning team.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be highly-motivated and dedicated with the ability to think strategically and to work with our team to further develop our business.
* Bring energy, ideas, and positivity
* Have developing experience of winning new work
* Have developing strong relationships within your network of clients and contacts.
* Have a proven track record on advising on major and complex projects
* Be a team player who enjoys collaborating and takes pride in developing others
* Be MRTPI qualified.
