What we'll need you to bring
1. Masters of Pharmacy Degree
2. Registered member of General Pharmaceutical Council
3. Independent Prescribing qualification or undertakes to complete within reasonable timescale.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Able to plan, prioritise and organise workload
6. Experience in patient information/education
7. Ability to effectively monitor patients’ therapeutic regimens in order to ensure effectiveness and reduce toxicity
8. Able to work under their own initiative and as part of a team.
9. Commitment to revalidation as per directions of General Pharmaceutical Council
10. Good verbal and written communication skills
11. Self motivation
12. Good interpersonal skills
13. Demonstrate customer awareness/focus
14. Participation in weekends and public holiday service
15. Participation in pharmacy emergency duty
16. Willingness to contribute to the general working of the pharmacy department

Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in Pharmacy Department within University Hospital Wishaw.
The working pattern for this role is days.
