Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generator located in Thornaby-On-Tees. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact through calls and emails, qualifying leads, and maintaining a detailed database of prospects. Daily tasks will also include collaborating with the sales manager to develop strategies for securing new business and following up on potential leads to ensure continued engagement.
Qualifications
* Lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying leads
* Experience with CRM systems and maintaining detailed databases
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to analyse market trends and develop lead generation strategies
* Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Previous experience in the energy or sustainability sector is a plus
