Administration Assistant – Nr Colsterworth
£13ph • Temporary approx 3 months • Mon to Fri 9am-3pm (will be increasing)
Responsibilities
* Taking messages, answering calls
* Sales order processing
* Invoice allocation, matching and batching (small amount)
* Paperwork and data filing
* Managing the email inbox, post, letters
* Basic data entry onto Excel spreadsheets and CRM system
Requirements / Qualifications
* Solid SAGE experience for invoicing and sales order processing
* Data entry skills
* Excellent customer service / telephone manner
* Be able to prioritise workload
* Administration / Office experience
Hours and location
Hours: Mon to Fri 9am-3pm, with potential to increase to full-time 9am–5pm in coming weeks.
Location: near Colsterworth; own transport required due to rural location and no public transport available.
