Job Description
3. Oversee full delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation, handover, and monitoring.
4. Manage retrofit survey operations across the Midlands, ensuring quality and compliance.
5. Collaborate with sustainability teams to support energy efficiency programmes (SHDF, LAD, ECO, etc.).
6. Conduct accurate energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP.
7. Provide technical guidance to meet scheme-specific criteria.
8. Ensure timely PAS2035 lodgements on TrustMark aligned with contract delivery schedules.
9. Deliver against defined objectives and targets for retrofit schemes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Retrofit Coordinator should have:
10. Qualified Retrofit Coordinator (PAS2035-compliant)
11. .Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) certified
12. OCDEA (On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor) qualified
13. Proven experience managing housing retrofit survey processes
14. Strong understanding of RdSAP and full SAP energy modelling
15. Ability to lead teams and deliver against specific project objectives
16. Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry
17. Excellent organisational and compliance skills
18. Full UK driving license
19. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
