Description
* Manage end-to-end supply chain: procurement, supply & demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, and Logistics/3PLs.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain operations.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
* Monitor and analyse supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
* Oversee planning and cost management within the supply chain department.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team to achieve departmental objectives.
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
* Proven experience in supply chain management in the Food & Beverages industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
* A solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
