Grafton Banks Finance are working with an SME organisation based near Arundel, West Sussex to recruit a Part Time Finance Assistant on a permanent basis. Working within a small friendly team you will be responsible for supporting with the smooth running of the company’s finances and operations and administration.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
* Posting of invoices
* Process all expenses
* Process all payments
* Dealing with all suppliers on queries
* Supplier accounts reconciliations
* Daily Cashflow and reporting
* Bank Reconciliations
* Petty cash management and reconciliations
* Ad hoc tasks to support the credit controller
* Answering the phone and administration duties as and when required.
The successful candidate will have practical work experience in a finance role. You will need to have strong IT skills including Excel and excellent communication skills. You will need to be able to drive to get to the office location. This role is working Part Time. 24 hours a week. This will be ideally over 4 days working. The salary is up to £30,000 FTE.
