Position Overview
We are seeking a conscientious and dedicated Dental Associate to join our friendly, experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity to take over a well-established and stable patient list, with a flexible UDA target of 2,000–6,000+ per year. The role offers a competitive rate to suit experience, with excellent potential for private earnings.
For newer or less experienced associates, comprehensive support and mentoring will be provided by the principal dentist, other associates and the wider team to help you expand your clinical skills.

* Good Equipment: We use Exact SOE with Clini-pads, digital intraoral radiographs, rotary endodontics, and high-quality materials.
* Flexible Earning Potential: 50% split on private treatments and 50% on lab fees, along with the option to refer patients to our hygienists.
