About the Role:
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Providing one-to-one and small group support to students to enhance their learning.
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support.
* Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) when required.
* Helping to prepare teaching materials and resources.
* Covering lessons and supervising students in the absence of the teacher.
* Contributing to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
* A degree in any subject (minimum 2:2 classification preferred).
* A strong desire to work in education and support young people.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment.
* Previous experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
* A DBS on the Update Service (mandatory).
