We present a band 7 (Part‑time 0.64) Family and Systemic Psychotherapist role. The post is part of our brand‑new Band 7‑8a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist preceptorship programme, with a structured support and development plan to enable progression to Band 8a upon completion of required competencies.
The post holder will provide specialist Family and Systemic Psychotherapy assessment and intervention for young people (aged 11 – 18) and their families/carers within the Regional Inpatient CAMHS service at Parkview, Moseley, Birmingham. Responsibilities include contributing to ward rounds, formulation, care planning, CPAs, and MDT assessments; offering supervision, consultation, training, and staff support to colleagues in an inpatient setting.
