As F&B Venue Manager, youll lead the daily rhythm of Hart Shoreditchs restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and event service. This isnt a siloed F&B role,its a holistic leadership position embedded in the wider hotel experience. Youll ensure consistency and excellence across guest service, team engagement, and operational flow, working hand-in-hand with the kitchen, events, and front office teams.
From early morning setups to late-night drinks, from intimate private dinners to full venue activations, youll be the connector ensuring the energy, tone, and quality is spot on across every service. Youll bring strategic thinking, warm floor presence, and a flexible mindset to lead a small but dynamic team across the hotels lifestyle spaces.
WHAT YOULL DO
Guest Experience & Flow
Oversee the smooth and consistent delivery of service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar and in-room dining
Ensure each space lobby, restaurant, bar or private hire is guest-ready, well-presented, and on-brand
Resolve guest queries and feedback on the spot, with warmth and confidence
Support the setup and hosting of events, activations and private hires
Team Leadership
Lead and support a multi-skilled front-of-house team across different dayparts
Deliver daily briefings, floor coaching, and performance check-ins
Champion a flexible team culture that supports all areas of F&B service
Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and team development
Operational & Financial
Manage stock levels, ordering, and accurate waste recording
Monitor cost of sales and labour against budget and targets
Ensure all compliance, licensing, and health & safety measures are met
Coordinate service support with maintenance, kitchen, and front office teams
Brand, Product & Events
Ensure menus, setups, and rituals align with the brand tone and lifestyle positioning
Collaborate with the Head of F&B, Head Chef, and Marketing on guest programming and F&B storytelling
Support guest feedback tracking and reputation management
Flex into event service, partner dinners, and community moments as required
ABOUT YOU
2+ years of experience in F&B leadership within hotels or lifestyle hospitality
An energetic floor presence with a calm, guest-first approach
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to balance strategy, systems, and service excellence
Knowledge of modern dining, drinks, and service trends
