Responsibilities
:
1. Prepare, submit, and monitor planning applications
2. Discharge conditions and track application progress
3. Liaise with local authorities, consultants, architects, ecologists, highways engineers, and other stakeholders
4. Monitor S106 obligations and ensure compliance
5. Prepare site assessments and coordinate planning documentation
6. Support on matters relating to Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) and emerging planning policy
About You:
7. Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning, ideally including work for or with a residential developer
8. Strong understanding of the UK planning system, particularly in residential development
9. Confident managing planning submissions and engaging with local authority officers and consultants
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. MRTPI qualification or working towards it preferred
What’s on Offer:
12. £45,000 – £50,000 salary, depending on experience

17. Shorter working week than industry standard:
Monday to Thursday: 9am – 4pm
Friday: 9am – 12:30pm
