Responsibilities
* Providing person centred support.
* Supporting people to develop and maintain key skills in relation to housing support.
* Supporting independence, social and communication skills.
* Supporting people to be safe and healthy.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Personal or work experience of providing care or support for someone.
* Ability to travel independently (car driver with a clean driving license or access to a form of transport which meet the demands of post)
* Basic digital skills e.g. to record notes and use rota, HR or care systems.
