The Role: Responsibilities include Diagnose and rectify control system failures.
Design, specification, and installation of control and safety systems Review/approval of MOC proposals Liaise with internal and external stakeholders e.g.
system suppliers, system integrators and contractors Maintain and promote a safe operating culture within the E&I department About you: Experience programming and configuring Allen Bradley control systems Understanding of relevant industry standards (BS/IEC).
Good knowledge of functional safety (SIL, LOPA, Safety Instrumented Systems).
Ability to work with common engineering documents such as Cause & Effect diagrams, loop drawings, control philosophy, electrical schematics, and datasheets.
Experience with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, ProfiNet, Serial, etc.).
Knowledge of OT cyber security, IIoT or AI is a bonus.
Understanding of chemical manufacturing, large-scale processes, or hazardous areas (ATEX/Intrinsic Safety) is preferred.
Previous instrumentation engineering experience is a strong advantage. xxuwjjq
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drawing software.
