About the Role Working as part of a collaborative and supportive People team, you will provide broad generalist HR support with enhanced exposure to performance and talent processes. This is a permanent role with hybrid working and can be based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering day-to-day HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks. * Supporting the performance management cycle, including scheduling reviews, monitoring progress, and assisting managers with documentation and process queries. * Contributing to talent and succession planning initiatives, helping to coordinate development activities, internal mobility, and talent review updates. * Maintaining and updating HR systems, ensuring data integrity and preparing routine reports as required. * Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing clear and professional guidance to employees and managers. * Assisting with onboarding, induction, and new starter processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. * Coordinating training and development activities in partnership with the L&D team. * Supporting continuous improvement by recommending opportunities to streamline processes within the shared service environment. About You The ideal candidate will bring: * Previous experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role, ideally within a shared service or large organisational setting. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * A genuine interest in performance management and talent development, with a willingness to learn and grow in these areas. * Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation. * High attention to detail and accuracy in data, reporting, and documentation. * A proactive and solution-focused mindset. * CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
