With opportunities to work in all areas of the Product Life Cycle, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across the business, you will take the technical lead in developing mechanical solutions.

What will aid your success?
* Ideally Degree, HND or HNC qualified with significant experience in mechanical design and development
* Strong leadership in managing mechanical design packages
* Experience working in multi-disciplinary environments and understanding the challenges involved
* Knowledge of qualification and verification processes to meet technical requirements
* Proficient in robust design practices such as DFMEA, DFA, and DFM
* Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Experience engaging and collaborating with both internal and external suppliers
* Cultural awareness and adaptability in a diverse workplace
* A proactive and professional approach, with strong prioritisation and multitasking capabilities
* Understanding of structural, thermal, or dynamic analysis is a plus
* Familiarity with 3D CAD/CAE tools (training on our preferred platforms will be provided)
