We’re working with a global consultancy that helps some of the world’s leading brands make smarter decisions through insight, strategy, and storytelling. As they scale their marketing team, they’re looking for someone organised, resourceful, and ready to grow into a key role supporting campaigns and content across digital channels.
This is a varied, fast-paced role that blends digital execution, project coordination, and operational support. You’ll be central to keeping marketing activity running smoothly across campaigns, platforms, and global markets.
Campaign & Content Support
Upload and format content on the website (WordPress)
QA landing pages, emails, and CTAs before launch
Support email workflows and gated content set-up in HubSpot
Project & Platform Coordination
Track timelines and manage campaign calendars
Build email campaigns and segment lists in HubSpot
Pull reports on campaign performance and lead activity
Liaise with external agency partners on HubSpot delivery
Tools, Ops & Admin
Keep folders and templates organised across SharePoint and Canva
Support internal comms with slides, summaries, and recaps
Help maintain internal asset libraries and process documentation
Brand Visibility & Campaign Delivery
Assist with scheduling and reporting on social content
Coordinate content needs for business development and campaigns
Help run webinars, monitor competitors, and manage third-party directory listings
To be suitable for this role you must be comfortable using Wordpress, ideally Hubspot and Microsoft tools. An interested and pro-active individual will thrive within this position with the ability to effectively organise and communicate confidently in a cross-functional environment.
