The Role
We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Waiter/Waitress to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to the Membership Executive team by managing the Membership Inbox, handling enquiries, and ensuring timely responses
2. Manage the Membership phone line, assisting current members and addressing enquiries from prospective members
3. Input and maintain application form data accurately within Salesforce
4. Carry out due diligence checks on membership applicants
