The role of an Operational Manager will be to oversee the day to day functioning of the Practice. This will encompass managing reception staff, staff rota, finance management and managing patient complaints. Ensuring all health and safety protocols are in place. Overseeing staff holidays, recording sick leave and conducting return to work interviews. Part of the role will also include ensuring all tasks on EMIS-web are managed effectively. Other areas will also take into account managing QOF and service delivery. We are seeking a candidate who has previously worked in a GP surgery as an Operational Manager or similar capacity.
