What you will be doing
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure high-quality care for men with mental health conditions, support your colleagues, and promote positive teamwork.
Your daily responsibilities include:
* Providing compassionate, effective nursing care
* Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
* Mentoring and supporting team members
* Observing, recording, and reporting changes in service users and maintaining accurate records

Where you will be working:
Location: Penperlleni, Nr Pontypool, Monmouthshire, Wales, NP4 0AH
You will work at Aderyn, a high-quality step-down service for men with enduring mental health conditions, featuring a 17-bed rehabilitation unit and a 2-bed open rehabilitation cottage. The unit is situated in scenic Wales with good transport links.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help service users improve independence and prepare for community living, with personalized therapeutic plans and psychological therapies.
