This role offers exposure to complex, high-value clinical negligence claims and the chance to work alongside experienced specialists acting for major healthcare and insurance clients. The Role Assist with and manage a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters Draft pleadings, witness statements and other key legal documents Support case preparation for mediations, settlement discussions and hearings Applications welcomed from NQ Solicitors with experience in clinical negligence, personal injury or insurance litigation gained during training or previous legal roles.
