We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a passion for luxury to lead our Molton Brown store in Swindon.

Candidate Profile
* Minimum of 2 years retail management experience.
* Experience within the fragrance and beauty retail environment is desirable.

* Customer‑centric approach.
* Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements, including occasional travel to meetings and support other locations.
