Sales Manager Location: Northern Ireland (covering NI & Republic of Ireland) Salary: £50,000 £60,000 Commission Company Vehicle About the Role We are working with a well-established and growing business operating across the island of Ireland and the UK, providing complete solutions within the packaging and industrial supply sector. With a strong reputation built over many years, the company partners with customers across manufacturing, engineering, food production, and related industries delivering both equipment and consumables tailored to operational needs. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a regional sales team while also driving their own revenue streams. The Opportunity This is a true player-manager role ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front. You will take ownership of a team, with plans to grow the team further, while also managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of new hires Drive a high-performance, commercially focused sales culture Personally manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts Identify and win new business opportunities across multiple sectors Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, solution-led proposals Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting Act as a senior point of contact for strategic clients What Were Looking For Proven experience in a Sales Manager / Senior Sales role Strong background in B2B sales (ideally within industrial, technical, or distribution environments) Experience managing and developing a sales team A hands-on approach comfortable balancing leadership with personal billing Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Ability to build long-term client relationships Full driving licence (field-based role across NI & ROI) Ideal Background Packaging, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial supply sector experience would be highly advantageous Experience selling solutions rather than just products Exposure to both account management and new business development Whats on Offer Competitive salary (£5060K) uncapped commission Company vehicle Opportunity to shape and grow a sales team Established customer base with strong market presence Autonomy to make a real impact in a growing business Skills: Packaging Field sales Management ADZN1_NI
