Teach Now are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Havering. What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in both 1:1 and group settings.
• Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
• Providing emotional, social, and academic support tailored to individual needs.
• Helping to implement Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and SEN strategies.
• Encouraging independence and confidence in young learners.
• Working closely with the wider staff team and parents to ensure progress and wellbeing.

• Experience supporting children with SEN needs (school-based experience desirable).
