About the teaching assistant role:
Support learning in a KS2 classroom as a teaching assistant, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and tailored interventions.
Help create a classroom atmosphere that is fun, inclusive, and productive.
Build strong relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence, resilience, and a love for learning.
Assist in classroom preparation, behaviour management, and 1:1/small group support as needed.Requirements for the teaching assistant applying for this role:

Experience in a similar role or working with primary-aged children is a bonus.
