Responsibilities: In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for technical support issues through phone, email, and our ticketing system. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware, software, and network problems, as well as escalating complex or unresolved issues to our 2nd or 3rd line teams. You will log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and user updates. Additionally, you will assist with the setup of hardware, software installations, and user account management, while maintaining clear and professional communication with end-users. You will also contribute to knowledge sharing and internal documentation.
