About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who’s ready to step up. This is more than coordination and admin, it’s about ownership, progression and becoming a trusted part of both the client and internal delivery team. You’ll play a central role in bringing campaigns and live experiences to life, ensuring projects run smoothly, budgets stay on track and clients feel supported at every stage. You’ll gain exposure to high‑profile brands, complex environments and ambitious creative work, with a clear pathway to Account Manager for those who demonstrate readiness and impact.
What You’ll Do
* Support Account Managers and Directors in the day‑to‑day delivery of client projects, leading status updates, meeting actions and project tracking
* Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, proactively managing risks and ensuring smooth communication
* Support budget tracking, supplier management, cost control and reconciliations to protect margins
* Assist with briefing and overseeing Event Managers and Brand Ambassadors during project and live delivery
* Maintain accurate documentation, follow agency processes and contribute to efficient, high‑quality execution
* Take increasing ownership of projects while actively developing toward Account Manager level
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience in an experiential, live events or similar agency environment
* Proven involvement in delivering end‑to‑end projects
* A proactive, can‑do mindset with genuine passion for live experiences
* Highly organised and detail‑focused, with the ability to simplify complexity
* Strong prioritisation skills in fast‑paced environments
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship‑building ability
* Collaborative team player who thrives under pressure
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking
* Full IT literacy across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office 365

Location & Hours of work
Hyphen promotes a flexible and supportive working culture that reflects the nature of live and experiential delivery. At certain times of the year, particularly during campaign and event delivery periods, this role will require flexibility to work some evenings and weekends. Outside of on‑site delivery, the role is expected to be based in our Thame / Stokenchurch office for a minimum of two days per week.
