08:00-22:00 39 hours per week

We're seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our EPIC team in Letchworth.
We provide innovative care and education services that nurture emotional and behavioural growth
In this vital role, you'll help create a warm, safe, and supportive home environment for up to 5 young people (aged 11-17), empowering them to thrive and making every day extraordinary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and daily support to young people
* Act as a mentor to support staff and lead by example
* Promote a positive, nurturing environment for recovery and growth
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children and colleagues
Requirements:
* A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential
* Level 3 in Children and Young People
* Full UK Driving Licence
