We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Support Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in helping people feel safe and supported in their homes and communities.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and case management support to our ASB service, helping to prevent, divert and address behaviours that cause nuisance, harm and harassment. You will ensure accurate record-keeping, timely communications and effective coordination of cases, while supporting vulnerable customers and working closely with colleagues and external partners.

This is a varied and meaningful role where your attention to detail, communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities will directly contribute to safer, stronger communities.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation that you will work remotely as well as travel on occasion to one of our operational regions to work from our offices and take part in team meetings and collaborative activities.

What you’ll be doing

You will:

* Support the delivery and administration of a high-quality ASB service, ensuring cases are accurately opened, updated and managed in line with procedures
* Lead on the administration and coordination of Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) and high-risk domestic abuse (HRDA) activity, ensuring accurate system records and timely updates
* Monitor incoming contacts and shared inboxes, ensuring queries are actioned within agreed service timescales
* Produce and distribute professional correspondence including letters, emails, reports and customer communications
* Maintain accurate and auditable case records, ensuring all documentation is correctly stored within internal systems
* Support triage processes by assessing risk, vulnerability and safeguarding concerns, escalating appropriately in line with procedures
* Identify and process safeguarding concerns for both adults and children in line with organisational policies
* Support victims, witnesses and alleged perpetrators through clear, consistent and professional communication
* Coordinate surveys and track responses to support service improvement and customer feedback
* Process and organise invoices for the ASB team
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support effective case management and positive outcomes
* Ensure all actions comply with legislation, policy, confidentiality requirements and best practice standards
* Contribute ideas to improve processes, customer experience and service performance

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
* Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and case management databases
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
* Calm, professional and able to make sound judgements when handling sensitive or risk-related information
* A team player who is also comfortable working independently
* Committed to delivering fair, consistent and customer-focused services

* A focus on colleague wellbeing – workshops, an employee assistance programme offering counselling and support, mental health training and a health cash plan
* We invest in colleagues’ careers and development through our leader and colleague development frameworks
* Defined Contribution Pension and attached life assurance
* Volunteering hours available to all colleagues to enable them to give back
* Savings at cinemas, gyms, holidays, days out, various shops and eateries and lots more
* Enhanced leave
