Kitchen Team Leader – Rochester
Join our team at Premier Inn Rochester as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career. You will manage daily kitchen operations, including rotas, food orders, team leadership during busy services, and maintaining audit readiness. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, focusing on food quality and hygiene. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for those aiming to develop skills for a Head Chef position.
PAY RATE: Up to £13.81 per hour
HOURS: 35 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends, with guaranteed hours to help plan your week.
